A few weeks ago, long-time Rosemead Councilwoman Margaret Clark was in Washington (at Rosemead taxpayer expense) to lobby for federal dollars for Rosemead. How did she do? You be the judge.

She's just showing us how valuable her 18 years of experience is. Any wonder why Rosemead never got its fair share of federal and state grants before?
