Regarding the first story, it's crazy because a city employee saw the taggers and called in the Sheriff's Department.  Then the Sheriff's Department essentially scolded the city employee for wasting their time reporting on taggers.  The Sheriff's Department needs to be held accountable for their actions, and they need to learn to cooperate with city staff when it comes to public safety in Rosemead.

Regarding the second story, I especially liked the, "Au contraire" response by city staff!
