This weekend, Sat., Feb. 26 and Sun. Feb. 27, is our 3rd Annual eWaste Collection Event, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, both days, in the SOUTH PARKING LOT @ San Gabriel High School. Please see attached flyer.

Bring a copy of the attached flyer, eat at the Panda Express near the Wal-Mart at Rush and Walnut Grove on Wednesday, February 23, and Panda will donate 20% of your bill to support the Science Olympiad Team from Muscatel Middle School.

Holy crap, not again. The corruption gets closer and closer. The LA Times reports that someone in Montebello City Hall had a secret bank account that had up to a million dollars in it.

On Tuesday, February 15, from 7pm - 9pm, the candidates for Rosemead City Council will participate in a forum at Rosemead City Hall. The proceedings will be webcast live.

Someone should tell the SGV Tribune that John Tran isn't on the ballot in Rosemead. Their endorsement editorial in today's paper spent more time talking down Tran than talking up anybody. And most of what they said was bogus.

Possibly the first day any state has ever used to recognize an Asian American is today, January 30. The L.A. Times has a big story about it in tomorrow's paper.

The San Gabriel Valley Tribune is reporting that the U.S. Forest Service is holding a career fair on Monday.
