East LA Cityhood, Fiscal Analysis

The East LA Cityhood movement just released their Independent Fiscal Analysis. This is a document that calculates if it's feasible for that county area to become a city. The IFA is interesting for all its details, not only of East LA, but of the process of creating a city in LA.

This isn't really a local story, but I know many of the older residents out here used to live in East LA, and remember the last efforts to create a city there.
