Still bubbling under. I wonder if the multi-million grant to the developer is a grant or an advance? Do they keep the money regardless of what they do?

And I can't help notice that the parcel they are speaking of is 10 acres. That's funny, because when they said there were no other options in Rosemead besides where they ended up building (you know, on top of the earthquake fault), they said it was because they needed 17 acres, minimum. Liars.
