Annual Review of Supercenter Project
Mitigation Measure 4.2.1

Gentlemen:

Please Consider the following resolution:


Whereas the Geologic investigation for the Supercenter Outpad project (Panda-Wells Fargo) was required to be redone a  report prepared and reviewed by the lead agency.

and

Whereas: the Geologic report by Hushmand, reviewed by the lead agency, and submitted to the State Geologist purporting to satisfy the Alquist Priolo Earthquake Fault zoning Act, was not utilized for the plot plan of the Supercenter

and

Whereas: the Sales Disclosure geologic report by Southern California Edison was not reviewed by the City but was used for the plot plan.

and

whereas: There is no map prepared by a licensed surveyor showing the location of faults found in all three geologic studies and showing the required 50 foot zone of presumed faulting on each side of each fault trace found.

The Rosemead Planning Commission finds that Mitigation Measure 4.2.1 requiring a "final delineation of the no build zone" has not been accomplished.
