Line 1: "Rosemead Partners has been serving the community of Rosemead for 9 years."

Uh, no. Rosemead Partners has existed for all of about two years.

There's a 6:40 second excerpt of Nixon's famous "Checker's speech" here. Near the end, Nixon says,

In northern Rosemead, both the Rosemead Elementary School District and the El Monte Union High School District are all electing trustees. In southern Rosemead, the Garvey School District is electing trustees.

It looks like the famous "rooster sauce" makers, Huy Fong Foods, maker of Sriracha saurce, is going to be leaving Rosemead soon.
