Former TC Mayor Judy Wrong (er, Wong) is now an ex-con, having been released early from her incarceration for bribery and corruption.

Ironically, her partner in crime, Cathe Wilson, has yet to be sentenced. Since Wilson refused to accept a plea bargain and is alleged to be the ringleader of this corruption, she should expect to serve a much longer sentence than her co-conspirators.
