There's been a Brown Act complaint regarding a recent Montebello city council meeting. There's also a slight Rosemead connection to the complaint.

Meanwhile, the candidate list for their upcoming recall election has been set. And the city council put their police chief on indefinite leave, and continues its search for a new city manager.
