Added San Gabriel News Category

I added a new category called "San Gabriel News" and re-tagged some of the old stories into there.

Right now, our search engine rankings for articles are in the first 3 pages, and we're often one of the first blogs to turn up (as opposed to advertising or campaign sites). So, that's good news. We're pretty close to touching "topix.com" despite being a tiny website.

I'm adding a couple features that will help with that ranking. Perhaps we'll always appear on the first page. That would be nice.
