Avoid MP at all cost!
MP is a known ticketing machine in the SGV, since MPPD is the lowest paid in all of the SGV. Their citizens refused to pay $40 more per year in property taxes to increased their salaries, so, pathetically, ticketing cars is a "revenue generator" for them.
Since there is absolutely no shopping centers or restaurants to boast of in MP, I strenuously avoid that city at all cost.
