On Tuesday, December 27th, Jay Imperial sued the city of Rosemead in federal court to try to derail the recall election.
Obviously, he knows the voters of Rosemead are going to throw him out when they get the chance to vote, so he's pulling out all the stops to try to prevent the election from going forward.
