Clean new facades in Alhambra

Maybe it was just the morning light, but yesterday, while driving down Valley in Alhambra, I couldn't help but notice that an awful lot of stores looked like they had new signs posted, as well as freshly painted facades. There were still a few stores with graffiti, but it seemed like Alhmabra must have cracked down on businesses on Valley to get them to repaint and clean their storefronts. It looked nice.
