Residents should speak up

At the Rosemead Planning Commission meeting of July 19, tentative meeting dates were set for the public hearing for public input in connection with the proposal to develop a Wal-Mart Supercenter at Rush and Walnut Grove.

The public hearing for the Planning Commission is tentatively scheduled for Aug. 16. In order to accommodate the expected large attendance levels, the meeting is scheduled to be held at Rosemead High School Auditorium. The public hearing for the Rosemead City Council is tentatively scheduled for Sept. 7 at Rosemead High School Auditorium.
