Crime Fighting in Rosemead

I came across this article on David Barron's news site.  The "Rosemead Public Safety Academy" meets on Wednesdays, 7:00pm - 8:30pm, from January 14 to February 25.  It's designed to make citizens more effective in the fight against crime.  Sounds interesting.
